Domestic Shipping (Within India)

• Shipping will be calculated at checkout 
• Orders are typically dispatched within 2-5 working days. Delivery takes 3-5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• For express delivery within India, please contact us at support@neelkotri.com to check availability for your area. A charge of ₹700 applies for express delivery.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• You will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped, which can also be tracked under the “My Account” section of our website.

International Shipping

Orders are shipped within 6-12 working days.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5-15 working days, depending on the destination.
