To request an exchange, customers must raise the request within 24 hours of product delivery through their account on our website.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact. All items go through a strict quality check upon return. If the product fails the quality check, it will not be eligible for exchange.
For defective products, despite thorough pre-shipment checks, customers must share a 360° uncut opening video within 24 hours of delivery. After verification, a refund will be initiated for defective items. If an exchange is requested and the replacement product is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
Once the returned product passes the quality check, customers may opt for a replacement or store credit. Store credit is valid for one year. The entire process typically takes 7–9 working days.
No refunds or cancellations are offered under any circumstances, except in the case of verified defective products.
Customized products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Items purchased during sales, discounts, or from the clearance section are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or replacements.
For domestic customers, all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges must be borne by the buyer.
For international customers, all shipping costs for returns or exchanges, including duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
We ship worldwide; however, certain products may have shipping restrictions for international destinations.
